She was friendly, bubbly, and most importantly concerned with what I was looking for. After a few minutes of speaking with Jamie, I no longer felt that I was in a dealership, I felt I was having coffee with a friend. I was interested in a Crosstrek, and through the process I must have changed my mind about the style, color, package… numerous times and each time, Jamie was there to help me through the buying decision. Throughout the process, Jamie was concerned about making sure I was getting exactly what I want, no pressure, no gimmicks. When it came down to the financing department (the most dreaded part of the process) Jenna was there to walk you through everything – she immediately gained trust and explained everything so it was easy to understand and worked to help me get the best rate. I was prepared to be bullied into purchasing right away. Then I met Jaime Borack. She was extremely friendly and just wanted to help me get what I wanted. She took be on a relaxed test drive. When we got back, Jaime sat down what me to discuss options and pricing. I wasn't sure that I was going to trade in my old car, but Jaime had it appraised just in case. I hadn't intended on purchasing a car that day, but Jaime made me feel comfortable, in control and well informed. I was given a fair price on a great car. And you can't beat the Grand Prix service package. I'm not sure if I would have purchased my on the spot if it wasn't for Jaime. I felt very confident and no pressure. There was no pressure or up-sell...she explained our options clearly and took us on a pleasant test drive. When we phoned the next day to tell her we'd buy, she started our financing paperwork immediately and said our car would be ready by Monday, which it was. Her manager Jayson Schrager was professional and kind, both Jamie and Jayson are knowlegeable and thorough, VERY friendly and make the whole experience quite nice. I highly recommend Grand Prix, and Jamie Borack in particular, if you are in the market for a new or used car. We will be back for regular service and trade-in in a few years! :) More
