Not only was the Forrester an amazing vehicle in every way, and the services provided by the dealer extensive, but Jaime made the transaction easy and pleasant. We felt as if we were not speaking to a car salesperson. She was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough with all of her information. She knew it all. She was all about follow-up and attention to detail. Ultimately, we got the car we wanted with many upgrades too. We are very happy that we made the right decision after all! They said they would have their service department fix the problems at no charge to us. True to their word, we were able to have the minor problems corrected and were given excellent service by Raymond Voesack, the Assistant Service Manager. He was courteous and professional and the repairs were done perfectly. I would definitely recommend this dealership!! More

Incredible service, great price I ordered a crosstrek limited in one of a dealership location. Waiting 8 weeks and they didn't have idea where the car is and when would come. Then I check the Grand Prix Subaru webside and saw the exact car I wanted. I gave them a call and they transfer me to Brian Amante. He told me that that car is available to buy, and he can match the price of the car I had ordered. Next day I took train to Hickville N.Y. to purchase the crosstrek. Arrived earlier in the morning just to find out that I had to wait a few hours to get the car. To compensate me the waiting time they offer me the same car but with extra accessories included with no extra charge ( about $500). After a little more negotiation with the financial person I achieved a great price of the car. Brian is a great salesperson. Very polite, focus on current customer. He didn't jump from one customer to another just to have more sale. He did not push me for any extra things I don't need. Very happy with his service. More

On May 1st I went to the dealer looking to purchase a new car. I left the same day with the vehicle I wanted. They gave me above market value for my trade, the service was great and the salesman Joseph Delrossi was exceptional with his knowledge and ability to make the deal happen flawlessly. The showroom was neat and clean, the staff was inviting and professional. Joe Delrossi followed up with a few calls to see if I was satisfied with my purchase or to answer any questions I might have had. I have called him several times to inquire about certain things related to the vehicle and he was very responsive and immediately got the answers I was looking for. My overall experience was outstanding and I would recommend my family and friends to stop in and meet with the staff if they are in the market for a new vehicle. More

WIN-WIN! I have wanted the Outback for several years. When my current car loan was satisfied I began my due diligence. I visited many websites including Consum I have wanted the Outback for several years. When my current car loan was satisfied I began my due diligence. I visited many websites including Consumer Reports and was completely convinced that the Outback was indeed the car to buy so now to find a dealer. There are a few choices on Long Island non as large or as busy as Grand Prix in Hicksville. Confident I casually stopped into Grand Prix with no appointment and with no expectations. I was already approved for a car loan from my credit union for 2.99% and figured I would test the waters here. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was introduced to Jamie Borack. Extremely friendly, open, comfortable and personable. I discussed my need and she listened intently. I took a test drive and immediately knew this is what I wanted for sure. We discussed options and things started to click and mind you I did not intend to buy a car that day but all was aligning to do so. She explained the Grand Prix service (which stands out from all others) and made me feel totally comfortable with pulling the trigger right there and then. Feeling comfortable taking the next step I was introduced to Arnie Price their finance guy. Very personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. I told him of the 2.99% pre-approval and he said let me do better. He ran some numbers and came back with two options better than the other. I settled for .90% a far cry from my credit unions offer. So now the deal was in motion. Needless to say due to their extremely comfortable approach, their experience, service provided and genuine desire to please you I bought a new Outback right there. Jamie has been a treasure in providing assistance with learning how to operate the new vehicle. She has provided her personal cell number and has called several times to follow up with questions or concerns and Arnie provided me with a perk for being a good customer and I could not be happier. I know that I bought a solid car from solid people at a solid dealership and will get solid service from here on in. More

Jaime showed us many different vehicles and was very professional and did not rush us one bit and a answered all of our questions. Jaime was able to locate a used 2013 Subaru Crosstrex with a very distinct Desert Khaki color. We took it for a test drive and immediately knew it was the car I wanted. She made the buying process quick and easy I would definitely recommend Jaime for future car buyers. She even followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I liked the car. Best dealership and salesperson experience I've ever had We walked into over half a dozen dealerships this Spring looking for a new car and each one was the same. We were immediately approached by a salesper We walked into over half a dozen dealerships this Spring looking for a new car and each one was the same. We were immediately approached by a salesperson who we felt just a little bit uncomfortable with. Someone who felt a bit, well, like a "typical car salesman". We weren't considering a Subaru, but our neighbors had just leased one from Grand Prix and couldn't say enough nice things so we figured we had to take a look. Subaru has an excellent safety and reliability reputation and they were close by, so why not, right? We walked in to Grand Prix and were greeted by a pleasant young lady at the front desk who got someone to help us within a few minutes. Then Jamie came over and introduced herself. She is outgoing, friendly and nice. And she was fantastic with my three year old daughter, which made our time there not only tolerable, but enjoyable. She is pretty much the opposite of every other salesperson we had worked with. We spent a couple of hours with her that day, looked at a couple of different cars, took a test drive and went through some numbers, but had to leave for a family engagement before we could make any decisions. So we came back the next weekend and spent another couple of hours with her, eventually buying a Forester. I've never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. Jamie was so knowledgeable, so personable and just so nice, that she made the entire process feel quick and painless. And while we were there, we worked with Jayson and spoke with a couple of other salespeople who work there. None of them seemed like the "typical car salesman" type. I can't see my next car being anything other than a Subaru with Grand Prix and Jamie being the dealership and salesperson I will deal with. I couldn't give a higher rating or recommendation for Jamie and Grand Prix. When I took my car in to get the after market remote start installed, I purposely stopped by to say hi to Jamie. How many people would do that with their car salesperson? For customers of hers, I'd say all of them.
