Without having made up our minds on another car purchase coming off our Honda lease, my husband and I walked into Grand Prix Suburu. We are familiar with the brand's quality, safety and reliability, but ha coming off our Honda lease, my husband and I walked into Grand Prix Suburu. We are familiar with the brand's quality, safety and reliability, but have never owned a Suburu. We also do not know anyone directly who owns the brand. Upon our arrival we were greeted immediately by Roy (and Jamal in training) and before being asked what our plans were, Roy offered to take us around the showroom and test drive the XV CrossTrek (the car I liked). Only after I determined that I lwanted to pursue the car, did we discuss the options. Roy was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. He listened to what our plans were, and worked with us on a deal that we were comfortable with. He was not pushy and did not try to up-sell us on options we were clear were of no interest to us. The rest of the staff, including Arnie in finance, helped get the car and paperwork in order in one day. Everything was easy to understand, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. I feel good about my purchase, and am looking forward to this car lasting a long time! I would definitely go back to Grand Prix and Roy for another Suburu down the road, and will absolutely recommend him and the entire staff to friends and family. More

Roy is a really fun guy with whom to work: he is not only professional but very knowledgeable about the Subaru brand, and especially about the 2014 Forester. He is very courteous, communicative and has a real passion for cars and his work. We feel that we have been very fairly treated at GrandPrix Subaru, and Roy was instrumental in our having chosen both the dealership and the Forester. They gave me a price quote right off the bat which I couldn't find a match elsewhere. The people at service and parts are very nice and helpful as well. This dealership is also very internet friendly. As you can see they put up all their sales people here for people to review. I was able to look up their inventory, parts online. I went to Grand Prix for a new subaru. I had originally gotten a lower price at bay ridge and brought it back to Jeanne and she matched it! Car was brand new and in great condition. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Grand Prix Subaru on October 20, 2012. I have had the car for a little over three months and just had my first service appointment today, February 2, 2013. I have be on October 20, 2012. I have had the car for a little over three months and just had my first service appointment today, February 2, 2013. I have been extremely pleased with my Outback. My experience at the dealership was excellent. Adam Michaelson was extremely knowledgeable about the Outback. He made the buying experience enjoyable as he was not pushy or aggressive. He answered all my questions and gave me the time to make my decision. He followed up with my after my first visit to the dealership but let me work on my own timetable. He followed up with me twice after I had purchased the vehicle to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He offered to have me come back to the dealership to expand on his initial tutorial on the vehicle although it was not necessary but I appreciated the offer. He set up my and then rescheduled my initial service appointment. Overall a top-notch experience. More
