At the dealership I was able to find my first car. As a kid I always wanted a really great car and that's exactly what I got. Before I went, I would have never known Subaru but when I got there the salesma kid I always wanted a really great car and that's exactly what I got. After being unhappy with our visits to other dealerships, my husband and I are quite content that we ended up at Grand Prix when the leases on our two jeeps were expiring. We love our new cars and are quite satisfied with the professional, friendly and straightforward way we were treated by everyone at Grand Prix. Our salesperson Will V. was great from the start – accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, understanding, and patient – and continuously made us feel special. He never failed to provide us with clear answers to our questions or to promptly and courteously return any of our many phone calls. Furthermore, we very much appreciated that Will asked Mike D. to come over and talk to us in more detail about pricing and financing, as we found Mike’s explanations to be clear, understandable, and honest, and Mike himself to be professional, highly knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He cleared up the confusion we had on some issues and made us feel confident that we were not only being treated very fairly but that the information and expert advice he was giving us was accurate and truthful. And, of course we can’t leave out Reggie – who not only was great (knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, attentive, and extremely patient) in finalizing all the paper work on our two new cars, but because of our crazy schedule was kind enough to meet and work with us well past closing on two nights (Will stayed too!). Even Kevin – who took my phone calls the few times I couldn’t get Will, Reggie, or Mike immediately - was most friendly and helpful!
