Outstanding attention to detail! My wife and I found ourselves with 2 cars coming off lease at the same time. Well, let me tell you from the moment we walked into Grand Prix of Hicksville, we just knew this experience was going to be like no other. From the polite, welcoming smile at the front desk, to the immediate "how can we help you" from your sales person Paul, we were instantly put at ease, feeling welcomed with open arms. But that's not all, my wife knew exactly what car she wanted, but me on the other hand, am quite picky. Having come from trucks and SUV's for the past 30 years, Paul had absolutely no idea how full his hands would be with me. That all changed as Paul immediately took the time to listen, address my concerns, and help guide me into the perfect fit car.(no easy task) but he did it with such professionalism and ATTENTION TO DETAIL, we quickly zeroed in on a car that suits my needs.
