Easy and informative experience! I came to Grand Prix because I knew they had the forester sport in stock in their inventory, and I really wanted to see it and test drive in person. I I came to Grand Prix because I knew they had the forester sport in stock in their inventory, and I really wanted to see it and test drive in person. I wanted to trade in my Subaru Impreza hatchback that I purchased 7 years ago at another dealer. From the second I stepped in I was greeted and I took notice of how busy the dealer was! My appraisal appointment started promptly, Roland was excellent! Made us feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable throughout the process. He hooked us up with Paul P. who spent ample time showing us the different trims, test driving and working with me on my payment options. I left that day putting a deposit down, and returned two days later to pick up the new forester sport! At pick up the process started promptly at my appointment time. Went through all the paperwork and felt confident in my purchase; Paul helped me to find a payment plan that worked with my needs. The finance manager helped to finalize my payment plan and was understanding when I opted to decline extra packages. At no point during this process of leasing a car did I feel pressured or like I was being “ripped off” like I have at other dealers. I felt that the pricing on everything was very in line with Subaru’s standards and quality. One thing I did add was I joined Starlink to get use of my remote start, which is really pretty cool and all app based!! Paul went through SO many of the cars features and was patient and informative. I felt really confident leaving the dealer and so excited about my purchase. This was overall a very easy process, I didn’t have to wait four months for the forester I wanted to be in stock, and I felt great about my purchase. I hope everyone who walks into Grand Prix can have the same experience I did! Keep up the good work! More

Mr. Perrota showed us the vehicle we were interested in, took us for a test drive within a couple of minutes of our arrival, and did not pressure us for a single second. He was an honest, family-man salesperson who was relate-able and comfortable to speak to. I would recommend anyone looking for a Subaru to Paul Perrota at Grand Prix Subaru! More
