The first time I was impressed by the lack of sales p This is the second time I have bought a new Subaru from this dealership. 10/2016 & now 4/2019. The first time I was impressed by the lack of sales pressure from Paul Perrotta. He let the product stand on its own quality while letting me draw my own conclusions This was a very good way to sell the vehicle. I bought a Base level Outback and was happy with it. Even so a few months later I felt I should have bought the eyesight system. Recently I found out that all the Subaru's now have the safety features I wanted. STANDARD I went in for my 30,000 mile maintenance and talked to the vehicle trade in manager, Lora D. I was given a generous offer on my potential Trade In and decided to move up to a 2019 with all the features I wanted. My sales person Paul P..made the whole thing happen while I was at the dealership that day. All the time educating me about my potential purchase. I ended up getting back almost all the money I put into the 2017 and on the same day made a seam-less transaction. It was so easy with no trips to DMV. Also my monthly payment dropped by over $50.00 I guess I was indeed satisfied by all the people at GP Subaru. Over the last few years the service dept. has also been spot on and on time when I have come in for service. Thanks GPS rk More

Off to the races On a whim I had looked at the Dealer web site and saw a vehicle that I actually have had on order from another Subaru dealership. I called Grand Prix On a whim I had looked at the Dealer web site and saw a vehicle that I actually have had on order from another Subaru dealership. I called Grand Prix Saturday and asked if this vehicle is actually available for sale and was told yes.I stopped in Sunday and much to my pleasure the car was actually there. Agata was my sales professional which she is and after a test drive and about an hour of conversation I made my purchase. Went back on Monday to finish up and drive my crosstrek home. I think if I would have visited Grand Prix first my overall experience with my purchase would have been perfect. Thank you Grand Prix I would definitely recommend this establishment. More

So when my wife and I decided to purchase a second vehicle in 2019 and ultimately decided to purchase a Legacy, we went back to Grand Prix and asked that we again work with Paul Perrota. He patiently answered our questions during our test drive and never used high-pressure sales tactics. He matched us up with a Legacy that had all the features we wanted ( e.g blind spot detection) but none of the options we didn’t want (e.g. a moonroof)) We quickly came to a fair price for the car and to a reasonable allowance for our trade-in., and a few hours later after the vehicle prep and paperwork was completed I drove home in my new new 2019 Legacy. More

I said yes but that I would have the remote start I ordered installed/activated at a later service visit. When I came back at 5:30, Paul managed to get the optional remote start installed.
