'Tis the Season - Santa went BIG I came to Grand Prix Subaru after being in a bad accident with my son, and our beloved CRV of 10 years was totalled. I was very overwhelmed. In the short time insurance compensated a rental, I drove all cars this size, and had the same complaint about all - poor visibility. My mother had a Forrester 20 years ago, and it was like a station wagon and rattled like a tin can. I decided to try a Forrester again, and was so pleasantly surprised! At this time of year, it's dark when you get out of work and not best time to test drive and buy a car, but it felt sturdy, safe and so many windows - by far the best visibility of any car of comparable size! And it's beautiful! Brian was a very kind, personable, and eager salesman who helped me through the process. I was a bit in a daze at time, and wish I had listened more attentively to the breakdown and why I needed the gold warrantee, but that's on me. I met with Bruce, also very nice, regarding the financing, but that night I found a much lower rate, so we were able to go with that. The whole process is kind of a blur...and a huge economic commitment! I went back a few days later because it was seemed to me the car had not been detailed prior to pick up, The manager Anthony got that done for me to my satisfaction. This is my first new car (5000 miles) in my life, and I want it to be as flaw free as possible. My overall experience so far is positive. More

Dream's Come True at Grand Prix Subaru!! You hear all the time that car salesman's cannot be trusted, how they just looking to make the sale not really looking out for the customer. Some time You hear all the time that car salesman's cannot be trusted, how they just looking to make the sale not really looking out for the customer. Some times this may be true. But NEVER when dealing with Paul Perrotta of Grand Prix Subaru. I have been driving the same Subaru Forester for the past 11 years, watching everyone at my ambulance pull up for their tours in new Subarus from Grand Prix Subaru, wishing one day that would be me. Tho I love my old Subie,the years were taking their toll on her and my wallet. I had have been dreaming about getting a Crosstrek for the last 3 years but the funds were just not there. Last year I couldn't take it anymore and just has to go into the dealership and just look around, there I met the most wonderful person his name was Paul, after talking and finding out my financial situation and the fact I wasn't going to be able to get a car that day or maybe even a year from then or maybe even never. He treated me with kindness and dignity and made me feel so great about myself. He assured me when the time was right he would be there for me. And he was. Finally this year, my 50th Birthday approached and my amazing parents wanted to help me make my dream a reality. I did ALOT of research online, every day trolling carfax, car gurus, other dealerships. But then I found this amazing 2018 Crosstrek on CarFax, and where of all places was she located but at Grand Prix Subaru!! I couldn't believe it, in my heart I knew it had to be FATE! I walked in the door and there was Paul, and he remembered me a year later. 100% He made the car buying experience a pure joy. This was my first brand new Subie and it was an amazing experience and I owe it all to God, my Parents, Paul and Grand Prix Subaru!!!! Thank you so very much!!! More
