Phenomenal car buying experience, highly recommended. I recently bought a 2019 Limited edition Crosstrek from GrandPrix Subaru and my experience with them was exceptional. Let me begin by saying I’ve been I recently bought a 2019 Limited edition Crosstrek from GrandPrix Subaru and my experience with them was exceptional. Let me begin by saying I’ve been to a couple of Subaru dealerships on the island and I have to say I wasn’t too fond of how I was treated (dealerships other than GrandPrix Subaru). One such dealership expected me to sign papers before even getting to see or test drive the vehicle. Another tried to sell me the car based off of the fact that it came with Navigation and a Subwoofer I cared nothing about but couldn’t tell me anything about the car other than the speakers can be cranked up as loud as possible. Another dealership told me off the bat, if I wanted them to search for a Crosstrek that I wanted with particular features and color I had to pay them $300 as a “Good Faith” payment in order for them to locate that particular make and model in their own lot. Basically a whole lot of ridiculous BS that nearly turned me off to Subaru’s completely. Eventually as a last ditch effort I searched online for any other certified Subaru dealerships on the island and came across GrandPrix. I wasn’t expecting much after all those bad experiences with the other dealerships I had previously went to but I still wanted the car and had un answered questions about it. On a whim I dragged my folks with me to take a look being the last time if they didn’t have what I was looking for or if I would get treated like the rest had treated me then I was going to give up on Subaru completely. I walked in and was greated by the guy who ended up selling me the car on day one and if you’ve managed to get through my long winded review I would love to recommend him to anyone that walks through those doors. A gentleman named Aaron Way greeted my family and I and asked us if he could help. We asked about if he could find us a Limited edition Dark grey Metallic Crosstrek w/o navigation or crazy Subwoofer, he said give him a sec and he quickly found it for us in their lot. Without asking if I had planned to sign papers or what not, he drove my family and I out to one of their lots that was housing the car. He let me test drive and answered all of our questions about all the features and everything we wanted to know. He basically treated us like human beings. On top of finding the specific car I was looking for without pushing me to pay in advance he aslo got me one with as many added accessories that GrandPrix threw in at no additional cost i.e. Roof rack crossbars, wheel locks and other stuff. Needless to say we signed then and there and he didn’t even push me to do so. The whole staff at GrandPrix was amazing, they sat down with my family and I and answered all of our questions about finances and even worked with our bank to get us the lowest rates. Maybe this is usual business, but after going through the past experiences with dealerships just wanting us to buy and kicking us out the door when we had questions, it was a breath of fresh air. Aaron (my sales person) took the time to fufill all of my family and I request, he even found us a particular license plate number that we really wanted (cultural thing). The day we picked up the vehicle, he spent over an hour going over every little detail the car had to offer, how the eye sight safety feature worked, Xmode on the car, how to set up and link my phone with the car’s bulit in Apple play, what apps I can use with the car. He even set up an App with an account that you usually have to pay for but he got it for free for me. Basically guy was super thorough making sure I knew my car before it left the lot. I’ve been to other dealerships with friends who have bought cars before and always felt like as soon as they had their money they wanted us on our way, but not GrandPrix, I actually felt like they cared about the customer and our needs. Infact I bought the car a few months ago and I still get personalized calls from them asking how things are going, did I have any questions, if I needed anything. GrandPrix Subaru is definitely the place you want to get your Subaru from. More

From the moment I inquired about leasing a vehicle online, to talking to someone over the phone, to coming in and speaking with a sales associate, The quality of service they give is, hands down, the best! This is the 2nd time we’re gotten a car from Grand Prix Subaru and the experience was just as great as the 1st time! From the moment Joseph Iucci greeted us to the point when we drove our new car off the lot, he made sure that my wife and I were well taken cared of. Joe was very professional and yet down to earth so we always felt we were in good hands with him. His knowledge of the products and the brand made us feel that we would definitely get the right car for our family. We came in looking to lease a Forester and he went into every single detail about the car with us. From the different models/trims to the available packages for each model to the make-up of the car itself, to trying to find the right lease for as so we could walk out of the dealership with the right car, we knew we in good hands.
