SERVICE WITH A SMILE I have been a proud owner of a 2015 WRX that I purchased at this dealership on Columbus Day in 2014. I received a reminder call to have my inspection I have been a proud owner of a 2015 WRX that I purchased at this dealership on Columbus Day in 2014. I received a reminder call to have my inspection sticker renewed so I stopped in the 1st of this month. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Matt who was a super friendly guy and didn't put on the face like the ones that say I don't want to be here because it's for a paycheck. I expressed my concern the last visit I came in where I was told I was supposed to get a car wash voucher and never received it. During the wait he came out with a friendly expression and said "HERE IT IS!" Now that's what I call service with a smile! Later on he told me my car was ready and I didn't owe him anything today and wished me a happy holidays. The experience I got from him was phenomenal! A few days passed & I received a follow up call from him 7:38pm on my visit. Unfortunately, I was still working or I would have enjoyed speaking with him on my experience there! I would recommend seeing him for a future service visit! More

Outstanding change into a new Subaru Crosstrek I had a 2014 Subaru Forester with eyesight, and during a recent service I was told I could get a newer car at a lower monthly payment. Skeptical I che I had a 2014 Subaru Forester with eyesight, and during a recent service I was told I could get a newer car at a lower monthly payment. Skeptical I checked it out. I found out I could, and since I drive a bit, the Subaru Crosstrek was actually a better fit to my current needs and was almost 150 dollars a month cheaper then what I was paying for the Forester. Roy Wander was my sales person, he is the person you want to use. He knows the Subaru's inside and out, and his experience is outstanding. I trust him, and my family has bought 5 vehicles with Roy as the salesperson, and we have never had a problem. Roy goes that extra mile for you. Ted Hanlon is a great sales manager any problems or requests he is the person you want to speak to. He makes sure thing happen. Jenna Donnelly will make sure you get the coverage and the loan you need. Clinton DeClue the service manager will make sure everything is perfect on your car and take the time to address your concerns. Chris Trimarchi the service adviser will make sure everything is perfect every time you come in for service. This dealership treats you like family. More

not as stressful as i thought it would be Steve Alesi is excellent and very professional. Very good customer service. The finance manager RAY, though, not so happy with him. We already told him "no" on the extended warranty due to financial reasons, he still kept on insisting, even stating that the "eyesight" will break down fast bec its a new technology. If it's going to break down that fast, Subaru should not be using it in their cars. Later on we were already in the final stages with Steve Alesi, RAY came over and was still insisting. Sadly we're very good with MATH. He forgot some of the stuff that we talked about re the car itself!!! Gave him 2 stars bec he is very knowledgeable. But his persistence is also one of the reason we did not get it. Enough is enough. More

The dealership offers a unique program called "V.I.P" which I can say without doubt the we will be using though out the years to come. One of the things that we appreciated was being met at the door by the lovely receptionists that called for a salesperson to assist us. Other dealerships leave you to wander around and wonder if anyone will help in a purchase. Our salesman, Roy Wander, was able to quickly asses our needs and present us with what turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Roy Wander went the extra distance to see that we would get our car quickly as we are not a one car family and need this car as soon as possible. Even our experience with financing the care was excellent. We are very happy with this dealership and it's employees. More

I bought a car last week and had some concerns about the paperwork a few days later. Michael, Jenna, and Dan we so helpful I was amazed. Even after the sale was complete they took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. They have gone above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more appreciative for them and all they have done. I'm so glad i decide to purchase a car from Grand Prix Subaru! More
Great experience from beginning to end! After having some bad experiences at local competitors, trying to purchase a new car for my mother seemed to be more difficult than it needed to be. I After having some bad experiences at local competitors, trying to purchase a new car for my mother seemed to be more difficult than it needed to be. I had bought two SUVs in the past from Grand Prix, one being a Subaru Forester, so I figured lets give them a shot. I first met with Tom and gave him a heads up that we had some bad experiences and were just going to look, test drive, think about it and he was very pleasant form the start and wasn't pushy at all. We test drove a Forester and my mother needed a few days to think on it. She had not even thought about Subaru as a brand to look at before this so it was completely new to her. Tom found a car that was perfect for her, with just the right amount of technology and features and within her budget. She was very comfortable with the dealership and Tom, and went back to finalize the deal. Even though Tom was super busy the next time, we were met by Kyle who took up the reigns and with Jenna's help, my mother drove off with a car she keeps ranting and raving about to this day. Even getting used to 'new' features she never thought she'd like or need! Thanks to everyone at the dealership that greeted us and managers that kept coming over to us to see if we were having a good experience. Very nice to see a dealership thrive and do well with such great employees! More
