Great Experience Several months ago, I brought my son to Grand Prix to look at pre-owned vehicles. After looking through the vehicles available, we were approached by Several months ago, I brought my son to Grand Prix to look at pre-owned vehicles. After looking through the vehicles available, we were approached by Joe Iucci. I had my son describe what he was looking for and Joe took the time to explain the various options and what vehicles would be a good fit. Joe then took the initiative to offer my son a test drive. Although we were not ready to make a decision, Joe provided invaluable input to my son's knowledge about his options. In late July we reached a decision to purchase a pre-owned Impreza for my son and trade in another vehicle we owned and lease a Forester. When we arrived at the dealership we asked for Joe and began conversations. Being the end of the month the dealership was extremely busy yet Joe took the time needed to help us locate the right pre-owned 2015 Impreza and then work through the details on the trade in and lease of a 2017 Forester. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and were very comfortable with the choices we made. Finally, during the delivery process, Joe spent the time required to go through all of the paperwork, as well as spending time with my son and myself detailing the features in each vehicle. I also would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Francesca Capitelli during the delivery process. I would highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle and particularly Joe Iucci for making this decision and process stress free. More
