Painless Experience I've been to several dealerships over the past few years and I can confidently say that this dealership provided me with the best (and most transparen I've been to several dealerships over the past few years and I can confidently say that this dealership provided me with the best (and most transparent) experience I've had purchasing a car. I guess it also helps that I knew exactly which car, trim, color, and year I wanted (which made everyone at the dealership excited). I walked into the dealership around late July 2016 knowing that I wanted to trade my existing car in for a 2017 BRZ. I fully expected that the staff would not take me seriously since I wanted a car that was not even being manufactured at the time. I was wrong when Matt Miller gave me a very comfortable welcome and took care of everything that I asked for. I got the price that I wanted for the car and I was offered a reasonable amount for the trade. He placed an order for my 2017 BRZ and gave me an estimated three month wait (it did not actually take three months). Matt kept me updated about the status of my car periodically without me asking for them. Matt then moved on to the Service Department so I was passed on to Marie Marshall who was more than happy to answer the tens of phone calls that I made to her within a few days of my car's delivery. She also took care of a bulk of the insurance process. When I came in to pick up the car in early September 2016, I finally met Marie who was being shadowed by Tyler on his third day at work. While Marie took care of all the paperwork, I had a chance to share a few sentiments with Tyler about our love for cars. Tyler also took care of the finishing touches of my car before I drove off with it. Altogether I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend the dealership for anybody looking to purchase a Subaru. What you see is indeed what you get with your deal, and they are very transparent about their pricing and where your money goes, unlike other dealerships who bundle their service packages with the overall price of the car. I look forward to coming back here for my next purchase, which I am almost certain will be another Subaru. More

Matteusz Nowak was probably the most courteous salesperson I've seen in a long time. He was always easy going and very knowledgable and took great care of me. Jenna was fantastic, she understood my needs and made the financing affordable with a great rate. I will definitely be recommending Grand Prix Subaru to more friends and family that are looking to buy a car. First time Subaru owner I was recommended to check out this dealership through a friend of mine when I told them that I was in need of a new car. I previously owned a 1999 Ni I was recommended to check out this dealership through a friend of mine when I told them that I was in need of a new car. I previously owned a 1999 Nissan Maxima as the second owner with 198k miles on it, it was due time for me to shop. I worked with Joe Del Rossi, and he was very courteous and polite upon meeting with him to discuss what kind of car I was looking for. I had researched the 2016 Impreza prior to arriving at the dealership. He asked me a number of questions to thoroughly understand my needs in looking for a car and was really pleasant to work with. He took the time to assess my situation and after sometime he was able to get me into the car that I wanted, and Francesa, one of the finance persons, was able to get me a great rate for my car. I would like to thank them both for their time and they really made my shopping experience pleasant. I'm proud to be a new member of the Subaru family at Grand Prix. Cheers! More

They had a Honda Element on their lot, which was exactly the car our daughter wanted. We arrived at the showroom and were met by Michael Porcellli, who accompanied us on the test drive. After a nice drive, we wanted to take the car to our mechanic to be sure the car was a safe ride for our girl. Mike arranged for the car to be brought over to our mechanic the next day. Our mechanic went over the car. He felt it was a really clean car but noticed one thing that needed to be fixed--the wrong sized windshield wiper on the back of the vehicle. He also noted that the car was a terrific price based on book value and condition. We returned to the dealership right away to put a down payment on the car. As luck would have it, we were leaving in two days for a week-long vacation, but Anthony Salomone worked with us to be able to put a downpayment on the car and wait the week for us to be back in town. I was super impressed that although we were not buying a new Subaru, we were given just as much attention as if we were buying a new car off the lot. I would recommend this dealership for either a new or used vehicle to family and friends. Well done, Grand Prix Subaru! More
