This is the second time we have leased a car from Grand Prize. The first time was nothing short of a horror, when we went to sign the lease agreement. The person in charge of the lease signing changed the numbers, was rude and out right misrepresented what we agreed upon. After refusing to sign and walking out, we eventually came to an agreement. This time around there was a different person handling the lease agreement signing, and the leasing experience was totally different and very professional. We were shown what we asked for by the salesperson and presented a price that we agreed upon. At the lease signing there were no surprises and all went very well.
