Purchased a Escalade at this dealer. Had dealer install a remote start. Remote start was interferring with the alarm and sometimes the car wouldn't start.This problem continued for over a year. Maybe 3 to 4 remote start. Remote start was interferring with the alarm and sometimes the car wouldn't start.This problem continued for over a year. Maybe 3 to 4 times. You would have to wait 15 minuits for it to start. After being to dealer several times they said the problem was the remote start. Thet wanted $800 to remove the old remote start and install new wiring loom as they said it should never have been installed. I told them they installed it. They said the dealer had changed owners from Norris to Grand Prize and it was my problem. The General Manager was the same guy at Norris that I purchased the car from and he was quite arrogent about it. I just purchased a new Escalade from Mahwah Cadilac and I am very happy with them. I have recommended sevaral friends to Mahwah as they were not happy with this dealer as well. More
