Customer Service Improvement!! About a year ago, I visited Grand Prize for an inspection. The vehicle had a check engine light on and an alignment was needed. The experience was O About a year ago, I visited Grand Prize for an inspection. The vehicle had a check engine light on and an alignment was needed. The experience was OK, nothing to make me feel special or leave me with a feeling I want to come back to become a car buyer. I also had to return the following day, the alignment was worst than the original problem. This time, I was very pleased with the professionalism and sincerity in Kevin, Service Advisor who took care of me. He was up-front and clearly communicated the repairs needed for my vehicle. The only draw back was the free Wifi. I tried to get some work done; I was blocked from my websites I needed log into. Apparently the firewall restrictions are set too high. The car wash was a nice touch!! More
