I got to the dealer a bit late (normal time for me). Jason came out and took me right away. Asked a few questions and showed me to the waiting area. Even in the midst of a pandemic, Grand Prize is no excuses. Very refreshing. Also, the service center is very clean and I had no concerns about being there. This is my 4th time at the service department and I feel very confident with Grand Prize taking care of my car. More
