Because 1 star is too much! **Do NOT trust Grand Valley Auto, David, or Hank!** Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. These guys are absolutely unprofessional, **Do NOT trust Grand Valley Auto, David, or Hank!** Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. These guys are absolutely unprofessional, and I’m convinced their whole business is built on lies and shady practices. David and Hank are masters of deception—they'll say whatever they need to, just to get you to sign the papers. They don’t disclose proper details about the vehicles, or the loans, and it’s clear they have no problem bending (or breaking) the law to make a sale. Hank is worthless incompetent piece of trash who has no business outside of Mesa county jail. Unless it’s 6ft under or ashes in a box. Anything that comes out of his mouth is stupid, a lie or both. David is no better. The only difference is David can’t get enough lies out because he’s too busy blowing Hank. How this business is still standing is beyond me. Their vehicles leak oil ruining the soil underneath, or it’s washed into local canals killing local wildlife and property surrounding it. DUMPING OIL IS ILLEGAL! Do yourself a favor don’t walk away, RUN. More

Worst experience buying a car I've had! Took 2 weeks to replace a window and when I went to pick the car up, they didn't bother to wash it! The inside detail was awful. Who ever "cleaned" i Took 2 weeks to replace a window and when I went to pick the car up, they didn't bother to wash it! The inside detail was awful. Who ever "cleaned" it, used the same rag from the seats on the windows! There was a slimey film on everything on the inside. When I started the car it was so low on gas it was spitting and sputtering. The generous salesman was kind enough to put a 1/4 tank of gas in it. Only after I refused to get stranded in the car! I will NEVER PURCHASE a vehicle from this place again! More

PERFECT I originally came to this dealership with my sights set on a 2014 Maxima. Upon arriving, I realized that vehicle was no longer available.
