I had the most unconcerned salesperson since I have been buying automobiles. , what brought me to shop at your lot was and advertised vehicle on the internet that said lifetime warranty on drivetrain which buying automobiles. , what brought me to shop at your lot was and advertised vehicle on the internet that said lifetime warranty on drivetrain which the manager pointed out it being a third party add they were not liable so I didn’t get the lifetime warranty on drivetrain which I was told over 100,000 miles they didn’t offer it even tho I have a screenshot of the add . I could go on but it just upsets me thinking I got lied to. Ps I had to go to service department to check on my vehicle because my salesman did not keep me informed on the status at this point I was not very happy with my experience with the dealership at all and still not but the first person to speak up when I walked into the service department was a very kind person name was Sami which she immediately checked on my vehicle and came back and explained to me what was happening with my vehicle and that she would keep me updated . Which she did . If it not been for Sami I would have never came back to your dealership but how Sami kept me informed I will be back for service for my vehicle. She is an outstanding young woman who cares about your customers. I just want to thank her for taking care of me and my vehicle More
