Granger had my truck about 4 weeks Charge me for a oil change and didn't change my oil. After seeing my original oil filter under my truck i Took it back 3 days latter, Granger changed my oil this time. I change and didn't change my oil. Service manager said someone must have overlooked a sheet of paper. Never offended anything for my inconvenience. They also charged me almost $200 for diagnostic that extended warranty wouldn't cover. Called my warranty and they said that they paid everything that was negotiated, didn't know why the dealership was back charging me I test drove 2 new trucks while they changed my (oil the 2nd time), and I decided a new truck. When left there I bought a 2024 High County 3500 from Beaumont dealer. Granger had the nerve to call me and ask why I didn't buy from them after seeing my picture on FB from Clasic Chevy. More
