We arranged a pick up time for Friday, I obtained a cashiers check from my bank and scheduled a ride out to Orange from Houston. At 5pm tonight the salesperson called to inform me that they had sold the truck. I literally have been contacting the dealer every 3-4 days for two months checking on the status. First day out of the shop and they give it to someone else. Sales Managers response..."It's the car business." You wonder why people hate buying cars, hate visiting dealerships, hate the game, the lying and the hassle, then you meet Granger and you understand why people rarely enjoy an automotive purchase experience. Joker. Go somewhere else to buy your vehicles is my strong recommendation. More

Good service, my salesman Justin H. did a really good job of helping find exactly what I was looking for.
