Everyone was super-friendly, warm, and accommodating. My salesman, Ethan, made me feel at home, and really worked with me to get in a vehicle I could afford. At the end, when all papers were signed, I received a warm, "welcome to the family" from all staff members. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Side note - I had attempted to purchase a vehicle from another dealership and the service wasn't so great. At the end of it all, I received a great car, excellent service and a "Granger" t-shirt. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm also recommending Ethan Cole as a sales person...what a nice guy! More

Very confusing with 2 separate dealership lots. The finance department was in one area, the truck was located down the road, my trade in appraisal was done back where the finance offices are.
