I apologize for the inconvenience and my tech going through your personal belongings to find your wheel key so we could rotate your tires. Your response was shared with everybody concerned so they can see how it made you feel. Because of your concern, we've adopted a new policy to have the customer place the wheel lock key in their cupholder prior to service and we put the key back in your cupholder after service.
