I feel taken advantage of from the general manager; his game of deal or no no deal is a tactic used to distract buyers from the fact that they just want to take your money. They don’t even offer a fair trade value for your car, so do your research first or else they’ll pounce on that opportunity. And be prepared because whatever price they “agree to” goes up once you get into the finance office and they push the up sell. Horrible experience that I am still so upset about. More

A couple of items: 1) you forgot to put my air filter in so I have to plan and get there to put it back. 2) you used to wash my car. Do you no longer do that? 3) I used to get a print out of inspection inf so I have to plan and get there to put it back. 2) you used to wash my car. Overall, service department was good. I wish that they had either posted on their website or told customers up front about the lunch break they take. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 I wish that they had either posted on their website or told customers up front about the lunch break they take. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM not knowing about or being told about this break. This ultimately led to me having to wait additional time for my service to be complete I was not expecting. Other than than the long wait time, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and there were complimentary snacks and water available for customers. More
