The front end of this dealership is solid and excellent. The service counter was not so good. Was not up front with costs after the $69.00 synthetic oil change coupon. Expected charges for tire rotation but should have been given the additional cost before they did the work. People don’t appreciate surprises at the check out desk. I even asked him twice if this was the cost. More
