I knew this car would sell quickly and didn't want to miss out so I called and was directed to Melissa Haas. Melissa was wonderful to work with. She made it possible for me to quickly pick up the car to test drive. The car was perfect and in less 24 hours my daughter was able to drive off the lot with her dream car. It was refreshing to work with a saleswoman. Melissa made car buying a painless process. This was our first experience with this dealership but certainly not our last. Less than satisfied. I came to this dealership to purchase a 2018 Enclave. When the sales person and I could not come to an agreement at this particular time. I intern called about my $50 gift card that I never received. I enquired again about the car I was looking for, he was very nonchalant and left me with the impression that my purchase was not important to him. About 4 years ago I purchased a vehicle from them and was very impressed with the salesperson I had it that time. Unfortunately he is no longer there however, he was very persistent, patient,and knowledgeable, about their product and was determined I was going to walk out there with the vehicle of my choice.
