Our first impression of Melissa was she was dedicated and customer service was a priority. We met with Melissa the following day and the car we were interested in was already for us to test drive. Satisfying Experience I was made to feel like I was the most important customer in the building, and my only reason for stopping by was that I needed a duplicate key made! She was not pushy or overbearing. She gave me the time and space to decide what was best for me and my families needs. I really appreciated that! When it was time to seal the deal we were introduced to Mike Coll who was nothing but polite and professional. And, he is truly a man of his word. Before I even sighed on the dotted line Mike Coll told my husband that he would bring his son to his barber shop the next day for a hair cut. And, without fail, they were there. He is truly a man of his word and that speaks volumes about the kind of man and "salesman" he really is. Last but not least, we were introduced to the finance manager, Shawn Pecora who speedily took us through the paperwork process. Thankfully, he had us in and out in a matter of minutes.
