I sound like a broken record, but the service at Granite Subaru has been consistently outstanding and my most recent visit was no exception. It was awful, they gave me contracts that didn't match, and they connected my APR to getting an extended warranty. They made it seem like the extended warranty was 5$ a month, it was actually a 3700$ upgra and they connected my APR to getting an extended warranty. They made it seem like the extended warranty was 5$ a month, it was actually a 3700$ upgrade. They made it seem like I would not get a good APR if I didn't agree to the warranty. It took 5 hours for this whole process, and I had my young child with me, so it went way past dinnertime. When I said we had to get going for her, nothing was offered. It was not until the next day in comparing the contracts that I realized I had agreed to the 3700$ upgrade, and after many phone calls and a lot of stress, I had to go back two days later to sign all new contracts. The staff told me I "hurried them along" and this is why the contracts were incorrect. More
