Happy customer. Though, I did not purchase my vehicle at Granite State Subaru I had a very satisfying second service visit. Service desk was always pleasant. Vehicle was left clean. Service manager personally walked me out to my vehicle to confirm the technician addressed my special request (oil level). SERVICE folks, esp. TIM are fantastic. Sales OK - slow to reply back to queries. My 4th STI from this dealer and the best experience to date! This last November, I brought my 2016 Subaru STI in for state inspection at 7am, I knew already that I wanted to trade it in and get a new one soon. This last November, I brought my 2016 Subaru STI in for state inspection at 7am, I knew already that I wanted to trade it in and get a new one soon. This would be my 4th STI from this particular dealership. The sales team starts at 9am but I found someone and asked if anyone from sales was available and I was in luck. Josh Simpson was in about an hour early so we sat down and after the usual "can we interest you in this or that" he realized very quickly I already knew what I wanted. We built the new 2020 STI online and 30-45m later we both brought it to the sales manager. Shortly there after the car was ordered, I'd paid the deposit, and we were done. First time in my life I've spent less than and hour ordering/purchasing a new car. When they brought up my purchase history and saw that this would be the fourth STI I'd purchased from this location they said they'd take care of me well with this one and in the end it wasn't just talk. On the previous three there wasn't any discount, savings, or services added at the dealers expense but this time when the trade was a little less than expected they adjusted their bottom line to accommodate my desired monthly payment. Something that I've never had a dealer do and I didn't have to beg for it. Everything was explained clearly in terms anyone could understand. There was no haggling, no back and forth between sales and general manager. The entire process was simple, transparent, and stress free, a first in my entire adult life out of 8 vehicles I've either leased or owned. I actually enjoyed spending such a sum of money and committing to the financing. I mean who actually likes taking out a loan? It was almost fun. Josh made the experience so easy and stress free I can't say enough about how pleasant he made the entire process. I didn't feel pressured into having to try anything they had on the lot, I got exactly what I wanted and it when it arrived it was better than expected. The last three cars had things missing which they had to add at the dealership but not this time, the entire team got everything right start to finish When the vehicle arrived the excellent service, attitude and friendliness provided by everyone starting with Josh & Ray and ending with Steve in finance continued and was absolutely fantastic. For the first time ever I actually enjoyed buying a new car and suffered no buyers remorse :) A big thanks to everyone involved especially Josh Simpson. More
