I’d also like to add that Serge took a fair amount of time to carefully remove an emblem from my trade-in vehicle that had meaning for me. A seemingly small gesture that meant a lot to me. Managers nice but last two recalls they broke something else Brought in for airbag recall and they cut off wires for ac in process. After I got home for the second time I noticed huge scratch marks on the bottom of the car where the lift would go. Last year I brought it in for recall and maintenance and they did something to the muffler, had to bring back again. They also tried to charge me twice for $600 maintenance and I asked them to look it up bc I already had it done at 90,000 and didn’t need it again. Not sure if they thought I was stupid or just a misstep. I just can’t risk taking the car back. Very nice customer service though. Just don’t seem to have mechanics that know what they are doing. Very disappointed in the lack of comincation I walked into Hudson Nh an asked to test drive a few cars an while I was test driving I informed the sales guy I had a loan thru my bank,he asked what I walked into Hudson Nh an asked to test drive a few cars an while I was test driving I informed the sales guy I had a loan thru my bank,he asked what bank I explained it was DCU an he said good we work directly with them,he had me fill out the basic information with my social number ect ,while we were waiting I got a alert from my credit file saying Subaru had pulled my credit report ,I got up an asked why,he said it was just a soft credit report an then came out an gave me the purchase n sales but while going to the bank I seen in agreement they listed another bank an not DCU ,bank manager had to call them and straighten out, went back an gave them the check an included fee to register in mass for me,they told me vehicle would be ready that week on Wednesday ,come Tuesday night no call from them saying they got the title in hand I had to call an they gave me a annswer that title was being delivered an due to weather it would be late am expect to see Thursday ,they promised a call to me with status on title well Thursday came and I had to call again I got redirected 4 times while I was at work an finally was told title was there an they would TRY An get it registered ,I spoke with a manager an said it was unexceptable the lack of communication to mewas bad business ,I should not have had to call the dealership 4 times to get status on my vehicle ,,I love the car but the communication was terrible would not recommend this dealership due to lack of communication an pulling my credit report after I said I had a loan already More
