Great 2nd experience This was my second experience buying a new car from Granite Subaru. I worked with Gary the first time around, and was please to be able to work with h This was my second experience buying a new car from Granite Subaru. I worked with Gary the first time around, and was please to be able to work with him again on my most recent purchase. He is pleasant and knowledgeable, offers great advice, and was quick to reply to all my communications via text and email (which was easiest for me). Not only that, but he got me a great deal on my new car (and on my trade-in), even when I changed my mind last minute on the model I wanted. I never once felt rushed or pressured during any part of my purchase experience. The dealership is very nice with clean facilities, free snacks and beverages. This was appreciated as I wasn’t entirely planning on purchasing that day and I ended up being there longer than I thought. Gary was with other customers when I arrived, and I encountered several other sales staff members who welcomed me and made sure I was all set. All in all, the process was very easy and relatively quick. Gary is an asset to the sales team at Granite, and I will not hesitate recommending him to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new Subaru. He will also be the first person I get in touch with when I need to make another purchase. More

Nothing special I was disappointed with my first experience in the service department at Granite Subaru. Not only did I wait for a fairly long period when I arrived, I was disappointed with my first experience in the service department at Granite Subaru. Not only did I wait for a fairly long period when I arrived, several small items were not taken carry of even though I requested them (car wash, front license plate installed). I also received an insistent call asking me to call back immediately as if it was a red flag emergency when it turned out there was a misunderstanding about cross bars being installed. Having just come from experiences with Mazda service where I have never waited to check in, where there are free snacks and a pleasant waiting room, easygoing staff, and free car washes, I was certainly disappointed with the lack of careful attention I received. More
