Could do more to delight The service was good and all the staff were excellent. The customer rep for my car was knowledgeable and friendly. But to get a 5 star rating, this The service was good and all the staff were excellent. The customer rep for my car was knowledgeable and friendly. But to get a 5 star rating, this service center needs to do more. There's no real quiet place to go plugin computer and do my work while I'm waiting. The waiting area is in the middle of the showroom with all that that brings. I'm not interested in the mostly junk snacks and drinks. What I would really like to see is a basic wash and vacuum of my car. Note that I do have a comparison location, that sells more expensive cars. I am a long time Volvo owner, and their Nashua service center is outstanding. I used the dealership to service my Volvo for many years after I purchased the car. The last service I had there was at 180,000 miles, having purchased almost new. Subaru has a well-deserved great reputation for their cars; but I can only give 4 stars (yes, that's still good) for their valuing of their customers after they've purchased. More

Great customer service I came into the dealership with the intent of looking for a jeep wrangler I seen online, I arrived early at 10:40 considering they open at 11:00 on Su I came into the dealership with the intent of looking for a jeep wrangler I seen online, I arrived early at 10:40 considering they open at 11:00 on Sundays, we seen a couple salesman walk past us and then Art approached us as soon as he stepped out of his car and seen we have't been helped yet and started taking care of us. He made the car shipping pain free. He knew about the features that jeep had which is pretty cool since most dealerships salesman only know of the brand car they sell at their dealership.
