I’m sorry you are faced with some costly repairs on your vehicle. And I can certainly understand your frustration at the situation. I would have some of those same feelings if faced with something similar. You purchased your vehicle while this dealership was still under previous ownership and had zero affiliation with Granite Subaru. We tried very hard to accommodate your schedule. While attempting to accommodate your schedule, the first two times we attempted to inspect it were cut short by the person who brought the vehicle in. After we road tested it and brought it into the shop both times. We were finally given some time to inspect it on the third time it was brought in. This was all at no charge to you. And I can assure you 100% the pictures we provided are of your vehicle. I took them myself. Again I am sorry you are in this situation, but Granite Subaru is not the cause nor at fault for the repairs needed on your vehicle.
