Great customer service I came into the dealership with the intent of looking for a jeep wrangler I seen online, I arrived early at 10:40 considering they open at 11:00 on Su I came into the dealership with the intent of looking for a jeep wrangler I seen online, I arrived early at 10:40 considering they open at 11:00 on Sundays, we seen a couple salesman walk past us and then Art approached us as soon as he stepped out of his car and seen we have't been helped yet and started taking care of us. He made the car shipping pain free. He knew about the features that jeep had which is pretty cool since most dealerships salesman only know of the brand car they sell at their dealership. I was out by 2pm with a new car and smile! He has gone out of his way to make sure I am a happy customer and continue being a happy customer. Thank you Art!! Natalie More

Awesome Experience for a Tough Customer I researched my 2018 Outback purchase extensively, knew what I wanted and what constituted a good deal. Through TrueCar, I arranged test drives of Out I researched my 2018 Outback purchase extensively, knew what I wanted and what constituted a good deal. Through TrueCar, I arranged test drives of Outbacks at Subaru dealerships in Saugus, MA & Keene, NH. The Saugus dealership pulled a 'bait & switch', while I drove 2 hours to Keene to discover the car had sold. Early in the process, I connected with Granite Subaru's Internet sales mgr, and he was helpful. I stopped by and test drove, but couldn't get the deal I wanted (low offer on my trade-in). I planned to check trade-in value elsewhere, but received a follow-up call from Granite Subarus sales manager asking me to return, and offering what I'd wanted for my trade-in. I went back and closed the deal in 3 hours. Our salesman, Art Otremba, was just phenomenal. His customer service is impeccable (and I'm hard to impress). His follow-up was generally good as well. The only issue we encountered was a delay in receiving the new registration, which was in part due to a breakdown in communication at my agent. The marker of exceptional customer service, IMHO, is recovering from an unforeseen issue. Art & Granite got all over the registration issue immediately, emailing a copy and overnighting the original paperwork to me. Oh yeah, they included a free remote start although the promotion had expired (because my first visit was during the promotion. I will definitely recommend Art Otremba & Granite State, and revisit when I need another vehicle. More

He presented options without trying to sway us in a specific direction, and immediately put us at ease, without trying to SELL us, as most dealerships and salespeople tend to do. This was by far, the most efficient and low-stress car purchase I have ever made. Go to Granite, and ask for Art! More

We bought a used car from them less than one year ago and they just quoted us ov DO NOT EVER USE GRANITE STATE SUBARU (HUDSON, NH) SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We bought a used car from them less than one year ago and they just quoted us over $6,000 worth of work on this car. This is a car which has had minimal miles put on it in the last 11 months so if in fact this car truthfully needed all this work it was sold this way with attempts to cover up the defects. We got two other professional opinions and we were told by both garages that at least one of these jobs this dealership claims we need done is not needed. Fabricated story by somebody we should have been able to trust since we own three Subarus and one would think they would want to keep our business in house. Number 1) We were able to get half of the work done at an honest garage for more than $1,000.00 less than this Subaru dealership quoted us. Number 2) The job that didn't need to be done was an additional savings for us. Number 3) We will address the other jobs they say we need done at a later date and in fact will follow up whether in fact they are needed or fabricated. The provided pictures they supposedly took of our car is another warning sign for unknowing customers that said pictures most likely are not even your car. Beware and bring your hard earned dollars elsewhere and stay clear of this dishonest outfit which preys on loyal customers. More
