I have come into Granite for a few things. Oil changes, a recall, and issue with my remote starter and always a easy pleasant experience. I bought my crosstrek at a different dealership and wish I bought It at Granite Subaru. I have not been back to the other dealership since I bought my car and haven't heard from them since i got it 2 years ago. Granite always ask how my experience was and is very customer friendly without being overly done. They will have my business as long as I own my Subaru. More

Quick and honest! I needed new air filters and they said it was fine for us to do them ourselves, and they told us that we shouldn't do the battery check now to wait. Good service but new issues appeared I took my Subaru Forester in for a 60,000 service and recall service. However, having just used my windows again since the service, the driver’s seat window operation is janky. The auto down doesn’t work and it will go up an inch at a time as long as I start and stop pulling the lever. This problem was not present before the service. Maybe it’s just a coincidence. More

Great 2nd experience This was my second experience buying a new car from Granite Subaru. I worked with Gary the first time around, and was please to be able to work with him again on my most recent purchase. He is pleasant and knowledgeable, offers great advice, and was quick to reply to all my communications via text and email (which was easiest for me). Not only that, but he got me a great deal on my new car (and on my trade-in), even when I changed my mind last minute on the model I wanted. I never once felt rushed or pressured during any part of my purchase experience. The dealership is very nice with clean facilities, free snacks and beverages. This was appreciated as I wasn’t entirely planning on purchasing that day and I ended up being there longer than I thought. Gary was with other customers when I arrived, and I encountered several other sales staff members who welcomed me and made sure I was all set. All in all, the process was very easy and relatively quick. Gary is an asset to the sales team at Granite, and I will not hesitate recommending him to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new Subaru. He will also be the first person I get in touch with when I need to make another purchase. More
