Nothing special I was disappointed with my first experience in the service department at Granite Subaru. Not only did I wait for a fairly long period when I arrived, I was disappointed with my first experience in the service department at Granite Subaru. Not only did I wait for a fairly long period when I arrived, several small items were not taken carry of even though I requested them (car wash, front license plate installed). I also received an insistent call asking me to call back immediately as if it was a red flag emergency when it turned out there was a misunderstanding about cross bars being installed. Having just come from experiences with Mazda service where I have never waited to check in, where there are free snacks and a pleasant waiting room, easygoing staff, and free car washes, I was certainly disappointed with the lack of careful attention I received.
