He listened to us, heard our needs, and helped us to find a car that would work for us. He worked to help us understand all our options and come to final decision. The entire team showed great respect, treated us with dignity, did NOT try to pressure sell us and made SURE we were getting the EXACT vehicle we wanted. Customer service at the sales point was above and beyond. What really earned my respect though, was when I had a problem with Sirius Radio not honoring their contract. This was in no way Subaru's fault, yet Art spent HOURS on the phone with Sirius and managed to get the problem sorted. He went far above and beyond what I have ever experienced before at ANY dealership. The customer service at Prime Subaru does not end with the sale. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are COMPLETELY satisfied. I don't feel like a 'customer' at Prime. Art, Mike and the rest of the team in Sale and the team in Service make me feel like family. More
