Also, the lovely young lady, and I apologize for not remembering her name (but I do remember she gets cold easily, as do I), in Financing was extremely helpful, and even gave me a great tip with regard to remembering to shut the car off when running quick errands (keyless). SO HAPPY with my experience at PRIME SUBARU! I have always owned Toyotas most of my adult life. My sister owned a subaru and raved about the reliability. I talked to MANY of my Nurse friends wh I have always owned Toyotas most of my adult life. My sister owned a subaru and raved about the reliability. I talked to MANY of my Nurse friends who owned them, and they say they would not do Home Health traveling in anything else. "Reliable and great gas mileage' seemed to be in every conversation. I decided to give it a try. I personally didn't care for the style of the "wagon" or the smaller versions, but I LOVED the style of the Crosstrek, since I was torn between a car or an SUV. I went to Prime Subaru because it was the closest to my home. I had never been there before. I was prepared for the bombardment of salesmen when I entered the lot and ready for the sales pressure of negotiation and trade in value of my car. Well, to my surprise, I browsed the lot looking at what interested me. No one approached me any more than to say hello. When I was finished browsing, I went inside where I was greeted by Art, who is retired, but loved subaru so much, that he wanted to continue working after retirement.. He asked what my interests were, what details were important to me and what payment range was comfortable for me - NOT "how much are you "WILLING" to spend. It was like talking with a family member. He made it very clear that it was also important to him and Subaru, to just put you in "a vehicle", but to but you in the "right" vehicle to meet your needs and lifestyle. Art explained in detail the three different models of the Crosstrek, physically showed me and took the time to test drive all 3 models to allow me to decide if this is the vehicle for me. When I tell you there was NO pressure, I truly mean that. I have never had a sales experience quite as "enjoyable" as this one. Because the experience was laid back, it allowed me to really think about my decision and finances without the pressure. I have had my car for a week now, and I can tell you that my decision to get the 2018 crossTrek was the BEST decision I could have made! They gave me top dollar for my trade and delivered everything I wanted and more importantly, the terms and time of finance I wanted. I couldn't be happier - I honestly though for a moment that they made a mistake or I was on candid camera. Art Otremba, my sales consultant is absolutely great. I would highly recommend you see him for your next vehicle - even if it's not a subaru, but something on the used lot, He will be completely up front and honest and more importantly, make sure that you get what you want and "not" what you don't want. Carlos Mateo, General Sales Manager, and Michael Wright, sales managers, were also EXTREMELY attentive and helpful. Francine in the finance dept. was also great! Very knowledgeable and efficient. She had us in and out in a flash! Loved that! Overall, I rate this dealership 10/10 in every aspect! I will be getting my vehicles from Prime Subaru from now on. SO HAPPY........ :) More
Great buyer experience I went to Prime Subaru specifically to purchase a 2013 Infiniti G37x. The car was in great shape and the price was right. Art was my sales person. Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgable Went to Prime Subaru for a new vehicle. Art Otremba greeted me and was eager to be of assistance with any questions I had. I ended up test driving an Outback, Forester and Crosstrek. Ended up choosing the Outback. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was taking too much time. Discussed my personal must haves for the vehicle and they did not have that Outback in stock and would locate a vehicle at another dealership and have it brought in. When the Outback arrived, went in to look it over and test drive it. Art stated that if it wasn't exactly what I wanted, they would surely be able to find one. After the look over and test drive, decided it was for me. Next step was financing with Bob. This went smoothly and I would pick up the Outback on my schedule and my time. The day of pick up went smoothly. Art took extra time to explain functions of the vehicle and offered that if I had any questions at any time to give him a call. I left feeling that I had a little family to call for help. The experience was great and I would recommend Prime to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Art and Bob More
Unexpected Relief After having to quickly and unexpectedly search for a new car, I found myself at ease for the first time in 24 hours when I sat in the chair across fr After having to quickly and unexpectedly search for a new car, I found myself at ease for the first time in 24 hours when I sat in the chair across from Art Otremba at Prime Subaru. Earlier in the day, I had an awful car searching experience at the Nissan dealership located in Manchester, NH in the Autofair. I was spoken down to, belittled, and left feeling lied to. I frantically called Art and was at his dealership within the hour. The experience here was completely different. Art was genuine, informative, and treated me as if I were a family friend seeking advice. He listened to what I needed and helped me make a decision I was confident in. There was no finagling or pushiness; rather, their was kindness and a true consideration for another's well being. He read my body language and knew immediately what I was and was not comfortable with. I left the dealership satisfied with my new purchase, a 2014 Nissan Sentra, amazed by the kindness I was met with, and feeling all too nostalgic as I felt as though I was assisted by a dear friend. Not only have I recommended this location and Art to several friends I know will be looking for cars soon, but a friend that came with me to assist in my search will be driving well over an hour when it is time for him to purchase a new vehicle specifically to work with Art. You always hear people say "they don't make them like that anymore" and that is true of Art and his team. More
