Service took much longer than initially told Arrived at 3:45 for the express oil change, was told it would take ~45 min. They also suggested to have recall work done - which they said would be an hour total. At 4:45, my car was still were I left it - was never taken in for service - an hour later. They did say they would bring it in and have three tech's work on it, which they did, and also did not charge me for the service. But still, it is frustrating to be told an hour for service, and your car doesn't even get taken in within the hour. This is not the first time this has happened to me here either. More

Flavio Angelucci Flavio has been our waiter at Longhorns for years. My wife and I will alway's ask for him when we dine there. I just happened to be walking around outside at Granite Subaru when he approached me. I was so surprised to see him. I informed him that I was interrested in a new Outback. Soon after, I drove home my new car. Flavio made the entire experience so enjoyable. He is such a nice friendly individual! He will most certainly become the best sales person that you have! More
