It was the most friendly reception I've had at car service possibly ever. I really appreciated the service report with photos that explained all of the items and then the follow up to help answer questions and walk me through my options. They had my car ready in plenty of time to pick it up at the end of the day and I can't say enough great things about how helpful it is to be able to get a full inside/outside wash while it's there! I love my Subaru! Had two factory recalls issued against my car. Brought the car into the dealership and was given a nice loaner car for the 3 weeks that my car was in Had two factory recalls issued against my car. Brought the car into the dealership and was given a nice loaner car for the 3 weeks that my car was in the shop. A bit of a wait, but there were 150 people in line ahead of me for the recall work, so no complaints. Had them replace the struts and mounts in the front, and fix a rattling noise as well. At the last minute, I requested they do a platinum level detail on the car. It's so pleasurable to drive the vehicle now. All of the heating and sound controls look brand new. The leather seats are totally reconditioned and it smells mint. I love my Subaru! More

The car came with one key and a broken drivers side visor so they has promised to fix the visor and provide us a second key. They told us it would take two weeks from when we got the car. At first we received a couple texts back from Mack but then they went silent. Even after numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails, I never heard back. I spoke to Mike Wright (after I called and told them I would wait on the phone for someone to speak with me) who promised he would take care of this for me, again, nothing - he never called me back as promised. It's sad when a group of grown men don't have the xxxxx to tell me they are not going to follow through with the agreement. I would NOT recommend this dealership. Very disappointing. More

I went in looking at the possibility of trading in my previous This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, and I've had a lot. I went in looking at the possibility of trading in my previous leased Subaru earlier than the lease end date. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours, which included waiting for the complimentary vehicle inspection and sticker. The options given to me were very clear and fair. I was treated with respect by every employee that I had contact with. It was a very easy process and I left there totally satisfied More
