He did cared, and went above and beyond his pay grade in order to ensure our happiness. On his day off, he drove almost an hour and half to deliver the car to my door step. He was extremely kind, and I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me. I have purchased a lot of cars, from many dealers, but have never received service like Michael Wright provided me. But since I haven't been to a car dealer since 1993 most of my car purchases have neen through private sales. Ater this experience I lthink I'll go back to private purchase's. I got stuck with high car payments on a 4 year old car. I made the mistake of going into the dealer alone. I don't think I can give this dealer from my experience any good recomendation. The only thing that's a redeeming factor is the service deparent. But the salesmam and the finance officer are what will keep me from coming back. More

I had gone to a few Subaru Dealers in the area and Prime was by far the most friendly and easiest to work with. We told them exactly what we wanted to be around(realistically) and they got me closer than any other dealership. Mike was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and led us in the right direction. He didn't mind at all staying a little past closing time to work with our work schedules. He wasn't pushy like some salesmen at other Subaru dealerships I had gone to. I found every member of the team that assisted me to be very helpful and very courteous as well as very professional. My contact began with an on-line inquiry through the Subaru website. I placed the same request with three local dealers. The offer from Prime Subaru was the best of the three. Even more than the deal offered, what impressed me most about Prime was the offer of further assistance and an invitation to visit the dealership at my convenience. They left the next step up to me. The other two dealers, with a much higher price for the same vehicle, began to badger me almost daily with inquires on making a sale, without any offer of assistance. As to the assistance before the sale, I was simply looking for a fair deal for a vehicle that had served its purpose for almost seven years. I was also looking for a clear presentation of the deal, with everything spelled out. Finally, I was looking for a clear presentation of the additions that I might choose, without being pressured to purchase them. The team at Prime delivered on every count. I stopped by Prime to check out their inventory of the Outback model I was interested in. During my visit I met with Elaine who heads the Internet sales effort and who sent me the original offer. I was also introduced to Tom, one of their new sales associates, who worked with me during the sales process. As the deal came together, there were no surprises, Prime stood by the offer they had extended during my first contact, and we were able to close the deal within a very short time. Tom took the time to take me on a tour of the facility. I was very impressed with the drive-in area for service check-in. The entire facility has the environmentally-friendly character that you would expect from Subaru. The car I was looking for was not on the lot, but Tom and Matt, worked to locate and secure the exact vehicle I was looking for. Tom stayed engaged throughout the process with calls and texts updating me on the status of the vehicle. When I took delivery of my new Outback, Tom was in training, and I was helped by Mike. Mike is one of Prime's Master Sales Associates and was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the vehicle. Once again, Mike was professional and helpful, explaining the various options that are available with the purchase of the vehicle. He reviewed all the features of the vehicle in detail. During the delivery of my new vehicle, I challenged Mike and Matt to come up with a deal for a new vehicle for my wife. Mike and Matt exceeded our expectations for the deal. Mike stayed in contact during the day they were working on locating the Crosstrek with the color and trim for my wife. They succeeded, and I once again experienced the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff at Prime Subaru. I have dealt with many dealers over the years. We all know that they are running a business, but once in a while, you find a group that operates as a team; a group that treats and respects you as a member of the team. I searched around and found I counld not find a better deal on that level. I doubted they would cheat us, but when I went there they did give us such a price. The sales person, Michael Wright, is a nice and experienced dealer. He helped us get discounted prices on a remote starter and other accessories we wanted to install. He also kindly tought us how to operate the complicated vehicle (voice activated bluetooth, navigation, entertainment system, eyesight, and so on. All stylish things we never encountered). He even refilled us a full tank of gas before we left. That was really a surprised gift. They did not promise to do that. When a part was out of stock, he tried to refund us. When I had questions and called him, he always responded quickly and helped me out. My impression is that this dealership has a large stock of vehicles and well-trained sales persons. The most important thing is that they are honest businessmen who do not play games with customers. More
