This dealership is pressure free. This is my 2nd vehicle and I would not go anywhere else. The salesmen are down to earth and helpful. I absolutely LOVE the new service waiting area. It makes getting my car serviced a great experience. I'm able to sit at a table with my ipad and work while I wait - no work time missed. Love it. Another reason I love this dealership, is because they are a huge supporter of the ASPCA. That was what brought me in for my first purchase here. Our Bulldogs loved the toys they got and certainly loved riding in the Crosstrek for the past 5 years. More

I recently had my car inspected at a local gas station and failed. The technician stated that there was an issue with some " give " in the wheel on the passengers side of the vehicle. I brought my car and failed. The technician stated that there was an issue with some " give " in the wheel on the passengers side of the vehicle. I brought my car to Granite Subaru for an evaluation and was prepared for a hefty service bill. Tie rod, ball joint, something horrible and expensive. Instead, I was advised that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and was provided a letter of attestation to present to the service station. Now, that's all good and I was thrilled.. incidentally, the technician passed the vehicle, but the BEST news is that my trust in Granite Subaru was reinforced and validated. They could have sold me all kinds of repairs and I would have been none the wiser. I was told there was a problem and expected there to be one, but, to their credit, Granite Subaru was honest and demonstrated that my trust is justified. Love going to Granite Subaru. Their service department has advanced technology as soon as you enter the service area. They have an on screen details about tire ware and alignment. Jamie Lawrence was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept me informed about what needed work and also came out with paper work with pictures showing what needed work and an estimated time to do the work, She also noticed that I had an additional extended warranty that would cover the additional work and how many miles left I had on the extended warranty. The waiting room had comfortable seats and desks so I was able to work remote while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. More
