I bought my Outback here and started servicing it there as well. There are closer Subaru service locations, but I have always had a great experience with Granite's friendly, knowledgeable staff that do gr as well. Quoted a price for oil and filter change at $69. 99. Receipt reflected a much greater price and had to return to center for a refund of difference. Also paid for tire rotation-ok but tire pressures w 99. Receipt reflected a much greater price and had to return to center for a refund of difference. Also paid for tire rotation-ok but tire pressures were not all the same and they weren’t adjusted to the correct psi which I consider unacceptable since it absolutely makes sense to make sure all 4 tires were at the correct psi after rotating the tires. Lastly , I received a courtesy car wash and vacuum which was I feel was poorly done. It seemed like more of a rinse of water than a wash as I still had simple dirt on the hood. I can’t really complain since it was a courtesy wash but I feel it was subpar work. More

I find the prices for repairs have become pretty expensive. Mainly if they are working on a transmission already, they will charge their full amount to flush transmission fluid at 599 dollars. most expensive. Mainly if they are working on a transmission already, they will charge their full amount to flush transmission fluid at 599 dollars. most places would charge you around 100 dollars for that service however since they are working on it already they just charge for the fluid. Another example is they will charge you an entire shop hour for someone to change a cabin air filter it takes longer to open the unsealed box than to put it in your glove box. If you have a list of things to do they charge you the full price of every item and a full hour of work even if the list is complete in an hour. They have you when it comes to the transmission as most places can't work on them. They also recommend work on time frames instead of if it needs to be repaired they told me for 60k miles I needed my entire suspension replaced still going strong and the tire place thinks I may need to change my stats when I get new tires. I have stopped using them for almost everything but transmission work. In fairness all Subaru dealers seem to operate the same. More
