Jennifer was friendly, professional and got the job done. Granite Subaru is where we have purchased our last two vehicles because their service department is the best in our region in New England. I had an unexpected funeral the morning I dropped off the car and Jennifer called an Uber to drive me home to ensure I made it to the church on time. We have never had any issues with the work done by their service techs. I highly recommend Granite when in the market for a Subaru or if you need great Subaru service. More

I'll be completely honest with you. I was impressed. Service, really cared about my car. .I've had many cars over the years, I drive them until they wear out. I chose whom I buy fro I was impressed. Granite Subaru was quick, thorough, reasonably priced, friendly. Above all they really cared. Today I went to another dealer with another brand. They did not care. They tried to charge me three times the normal rate. I won't go back there. Once a corporation owns the dealership, you know they will try to charge all they can. If you are not paying attention they will over charge. I will instead lilkly buy my next car from Granite Subaru, They make great cars, reliable, tough, strong, More
