I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth everything went from the time I called Granite Subaru until the next morning when I picked up my car. I’m a traveling nurse and only here for a few months so I went from the time I called Granite Subaru until the next morning when I picked up my car. I’m a traveling nurse and only here for a few months so I’m not very familiar with the area or the dealership when I called, but I have to say I was Very impressed by the service I received at Granite. A huge Thank You to Jess, Tim, James in the service department for being so polite, kind, and helpful, and the guys I didn’t meet behind the scenes who took the time to not only fix my tire but also took the time to Inspect and fix the recalls on my car! I have to say, the guy who towed my car to Granite said that Service was “Top Notch” and I couldn’t agree more!!! I would highly recommend Granite Subaru in the future. More

I always appreciated that and was hoping that it would be restored when the construction project was finished. More recently, you gave me a coupon for a free car wash at Haffners.
