Getting your car serviced at the dealer is usually more expensive than with non-dealer options but there are times you want the done there. I had a remote starter put in and I used the Subaru brand, it was expensive than with non-dealer options but there are times you want the done there. I brought my car in for routine 18,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I ended up also needing to change the cabin filter. I had also put in for the complimentary car wash, and I thought the service re and tire rotation. I ended up also needing to change the cabin filter. Great service but was totally dismayed by the price to replace a key fob. Over $400 just to get a new key ($312 for key plus $90 for programming). I had a nail in my tire and was able to bring in my Crosstrek that day to have it taken care of. They patched it up and I was on my way in about 40 minutes. Great experience!
