Only thing: I was surprised by how few staff wore masks, or only slapped it on when I came up to the counter. In one cubical I observed four staff members right next to each other, none with masks. At one sales desks I noticed the two customers wearing masks, but the salesman without a mask. Since I had to walk through the whole facility because of construction, indoors, past many unmasked staff members, I was concerned. Again, great job with the car, and I definitely recommend, but if you have a compromised immune system, you might want to rethink. More

Tim and Team/Service Dept Tim and the team were excellent; they provided me with indepth information and pictures; a written estimate of the cost (which came in less--that's al Tim and the team were excellent; they provided me with indepth information and pictures; a written estimate of the cost (which came in less--that's always good); provided me with a loaner (not a clunker) and got my cherished Tribeca back to me on time! I expressed an interest in learning about the Ascent--for a future purchase. Tim introduced me to Robert who introduced me to Peter. I was considering a non-Subaru for my next purchase, but am now leaning toward an Ascent--sometime in the future. Everything is great about Granite Subaru--solid as the name implies! I had dinner with a friend who owns an Outback and is looking for a new service department--she may be coming your way! Thanks for everything! More
