Check Engine Light I brought it in a month ago and they needed more time to diagnose. I came back last week and was told it would be 30 minutes to diagnose and wait. It I brought it in a month ago and they needed more time to diagnose. I came back last week and was told it would be 30 minutes to diagnose and wait. It was almost 90 minutes when I went to ask and they said they needed more time. They gave me a loaner. They called hours later to say it could be several things (ignition coil, spark plugs,combustion). The replaced the ignition coil and said to come back if the engine light goes back on. The Master Tech was unsure of what is happening. So I am waiting to see if that solved the problem or something else needs to be done. More

Vehicle was left clean. Service manager personally walked me out to my vehicle to confirm the technician addressed my special request (oil level). Had a awesome Experience Shawn pulled my car in did the walk around advise me that he heard a clunking side in the front right I wasn’t aware about .
