Amazing service, nice staff Very nice people at the service desk and it was quick in and out for me. I was in to fix the recall issues that my impreza had and they were able to put me right in and then I was able to get out in an hour time. Did not try to push for extra things and also most important for me, told me that if they find anything they'd let me know via email (if i'm not at the dealership) complete with pictures of what needs to be fixed. I think this is a great service they provide and I feel this should be adapted in all dealerships. thanks for the enjoyable experience and also having super comfy chairs! More

Had an appointment for a 10am oil change. Was quoted approximately an hour wait. Was closer to 90 minutes. It seemed busy in the service area. Always a pleasure! I've only been a Subaru owner for 4 months now but so far I'm very, very happy with my decision. I don't normally go to a dealership to have anything done to my car, but I've always had a good experience here. I live in Manchester and while there's a Subaru dealership literally 10 mins from me and it's to my car, but I've always had a good experience here. I live in Manchester and while there's a Subaru dealership literally 10 mins from me and it's where I bought the car, I still travel down to the Hudson one. Both my parents bought their Subarus there and had very positive experiences as well. I really appreciate that any work or maintenance recommended by them wasn't being pushed one me. I was informed so I could prepare for the need in the future but didn't feel pushed into anything. Thanks for another positive experience! More
