Always Outstanding! I took my company car in for it's oil change, 4 new tires, rear brakes and windshield wipers. There also were 3 recalls that need to be fixed. As alw I took my company car in for it's oil change, 4 new tires, rear brakes and windshield wipers. There also were 3 recalls that need to be fixed. Awesome service! I called to get an appointment for a recall on my Suburu. The date I had I ended up calling to change because I had no one to pick me up. Heidi at Ser I called to get an appointment for a recall on my Suburu. The date I had I ended up calling to change because I had no one to pick me up. Heidi at Service told me they could come get my car and bring me a loaner. I told her if that was the case that I didn’t need to reschedule. She was awesome. Jason the service manager called to tell me there were some additional things that needed done. I told him that I couldn’t afford it right now. He understood and there was no pressure. Absolutely recommend Granite State Suburu. More

EXCELLENT AND QUICK WORK BUT COULD UP THEIR GAME They do an excellent job but our recent service work was going to be a couple of hours at least we were told. (We were waiting) We asked about a loane They do an excellent job but our recent service work was going to be a couple of hours at least we were told. (We were waiting) We asked about a loaner and were told if they go into it and it was going to take a while they would see what they could do. While waiting we ran into our salesperson who walked me right back to see about getting a loaner and in 5 min we were out the door to run an errand while the car was worked on. Obviously it was something they could have done when we checked in and it took sales walking back to ask for it to get done. Slight lack of respect for the customer asking and getting hemming and hawing. When sales asked, there was no discussion, no hesitation. More
