A Pleasant Experience Right in the middle of a major house move... my clutch started to go and of course, the new address would require way more travel to/from work and I w Right in the middle of a major house move... my clutch started to go and of course, the new address would require way more travel to/from work and I was out of warranty by about 4 months or... so I thought. Going through some papers I found my extended warranty and quickly called my local dealership, Granite Subaru where 'Tim' in service got right on it. In I went. Out I go... in a brand new Subaru Crosstrek with all the trimmings. 'Take your time' 'Enjoy', he says and... that's just what I did. Almost bought that car - was really sweet but buying a house makes you think twice. Anyway, the bill when all was said and other maintenance done would've crushed me but my total was a couple of hundred bucks! I have to say... the clutch going was the highlight of my move as Tim made it quick, painless and fun! Thanks Tim! :) More

Check tires I went in without an appointment to have my tires checked because the warning light had come on. The service people made time and did a thorough insp I went in without an appointment to have my tires checked because the warning light had come on. The service people made time and did a thorough inspection to be sure it was just low pressure in the tires and not something more serious. I just bought another Subaru from Granite Subaru last week, this time a used vehicle. The heater wasn't working properly so I called Jason, he said to bring it right in, and they repaired it on the spot. Simple fix. Very cooperative and helpful. Highly recommended. More

Excellent customer service Service person was great answered all my questions regarding my 2019 Forester and fixed the scratches on my bumper. without asking. Peters Honda always has coupons for $39.95 for synthetic oil and gives free car wash with each service.. My previous vehicle was a 2004 Honda accord and that cost me $26 every oil change for regular oil, plus a free car wash. Needles to say I was shocked at your price for an oil change. More
