Service Reps were great. Very professional and kind Went in for a 12000 mile oil change made an app't and they were great. Got the car washed and vacuumed for only $9!. Subaru repairs My old 2009 Subaru needed an inspection. Sadly, it needed much more work than I thought. Jason was very helpful and went thru my car with me and the m My old 2009 Subaru needed an inspection. Sadly, it needed much more work than I thought. Jason was very helpful and went thru my car with me and the mechanic doing the work. They took me out back, showed me my car up on the lift and helped me figure out a plan. Subaru also provided a new loaner car for the duration of the repairs. Yes, expensive but competitive with everywhere else I called for quotes plus a loaner. ....and everyone was nice to my big golden Silas while we waited for the verdict. More
