Good Service and Communication recently had my oil changed, tires rotated and a recall handled here. The service here is bar none. My only qualm is the upselling of services. I was asked to consider performing the 30,000 mile ($500+ I believe) or lesser 10,000 mile service ($100+ I believe). I declined and wasn't pushed/asked any further. Then while in the waiting room I was approached my their "reclaim" specialist who looks to help the dealership repurchase cars in used but not old condition, in return to get you into a new car. I understand but when people are typically already spending a bunch of money repairing their car are they really still looking to get sold on something else? More

2015 Forrester, air conditioning failure Problem was diagnosed quickly and repair completed as promised. New to Granite Subaru Shortly after I moved to this area I received notice from Subaru that there was a recall for my vehicle. Because of the magnitude of affected vehicle Shortly after I moved to this area I received notice from Subaru that there was a recall for my vehicle. Because of the magnitude of affected vehicles the closest date for the necessary repairs was over 3 months away at the closest Subaru dealer, Granite Subaru. I was not happy about the delay in available service, but the delay was understandable. After a month into my waiting period Granite Subaru called me and offered me an earlier service date because they had decided to expedite the service for these recalls by working a night shift. ( I've never heard of a dealer doing that before now.) I rescheduled and when I arrived I was treated like an old friend. The people and service were great! More
